Step-by-Step Setup

  1. 1Open Planner and go to Thanks, or open Thank You from the wedding dashboard.
  2. 2Choose a thank-you template and adjust the accent color, font, subject, and message.
  3. 3Add a photo URL when the selected template supports a photo.
  4. 4Preview the thank-you email/card before sending.
  5. 5Select recipients and send after the wedding.
  6. 6Review send logs so guests are not thanked twice by mistake.
